The house rent includes transport from airport, phone- and Internet connection (Wi-Fi), TV, Home Theater System and a satellite dish for wide range of TV-services, drinking water, *electricity, water and cleaning once a week.

*From 1.4.2020, electricity consumption is added to the rent (6 THB / kWh).

Koh Samui can come from October 1, 2021 without Covid-19 quarantine. Now you can book Jukka’s House without a booking fee!
The offer is valid until 31.12.2021.

As of 1 January 2022, the booking confirmation is 30% of the total rent. You will receive payment information and more information via email.

CANCELLING OF RESERVATION

Cancel 2 months before the beginning of the rental and whole payment will be returned. If the reservation is cancelled 1 month before the beginning of the rental, 50% of the amount will be returned. For less than a month, no money back.
